I'm a nonprofit professional with 15+ years of experience building impactful programs, leading high-performing teams, and crafting stories that inspire action. My work has spanned diverse settings—from launching after-school initiatives in the U.S. and Caribbean to developing brand strategies that help organizations show up with purpose and personality.

At the core of what I do is a love for clarity, creativity, and connection. I've designed youth programs that serve hundreds annually, recruited and trained volunteer teams from the ground up, and managed six-figure budgets with care and strategy. I’ve also created and implemented multi-channel communications plans that helped grow engagement, strengthen community ties, and bring big missions to life.
